I would like to give my guests the option to stay at the hotel, how does that work?
To guarantee a fixed discounted rate for a room block, guest rooms must be contractually committed directed through the Sales Department. A contractual guest room block consists of 10 or more rooms per night and is subject to all contractual terms and conditions. Information for securing a group room block at a fixed rate can be requested through our sales department.
There are so many menu options, how can we choose?
With so many delicious custom menu options, it is hard to make a decision on what to eat on your big day. Luckily, we provide a complimentary menu tasting for you and your fiancé for an intimate wedding up to 50 guests. For a wedding of 51 guests or more, you can bring two additional guests complimentary to the tasting, a month prior to the big day.

Nothing shall be posted on, nailed, screwed, taped or otherwise attached to columns, walls, floors or other parts of the building or furniture. All outdoor events are subject to the Weather Call Policies. Weather Call will be made 4 hours in advance at the latest. Double Sets are available for an additional fee.
Are we required to hire a wedding coordinator?
It is required that a day of coordinator is on site. Hotel Event Manager is not available for event coordination or day-of wedding planner duties. Event Manager will ensure the setup, hotel venue items, and contracted food and beverage are all provided as detailed during planning. It is recommended that a professional (holding Liability Insurance) day-of coordinator or wedding planner is hired at the client's sole expense to sure proper execution of personal items, timeline, and vendor services. The hotel can provide a list of preferred vendors that are recommended for all services.
